In response to a query on whether Bieniemy ought to be considered for the head coaching position at Washington, Kelce, along with brother and Philadelphia Eagles center Jason Kelce, discussed the following on their Wave Sports + Entertainment-sponsored New Heights podcast at the 1:09:30 mark:

“Come on, let’s f—— go, man. The guy behind the Washington Fighting Bieniemy. Man, give my guy a chance. I believe they ought to employ him. Give my guy a chance, please. I believe he demonstrated his ability to somewhat emerge from coach [Andy] Reid’s tutelage. I am aware of EB. He brings out the best in everyone. He’s among my all-time favorite coaches. The Commanders ought to give him an opportunity, in my opinion.”

Before joining the Commanders as offensive coordinator in advance of the 2023 season, Bieniemy was the Chiefs‘ offensive coordinator from 2018 to 2022. Over the past few years, he has conducted multiple interviews for head coaching positions, but he has never received an offer.
